A humble glass carafe stored in the designer’s retina was the beginning of the design process for the Aura wall sconce. From this traditional object, which for years was part of the domestic scene, comes this decorative lamp, which not only illuminates well but also shines on the wall when it is turned off. It is an emotional design, because of what the glass means in the collective memory, and a rational and contemporary design, because it resolves that the light source does not weigh on the whole.
